This paper investigates the deformation characteristics and control methods of support structures during deep foundation pit excavation, using at Diejiao Station Foshan Metro Line 3 as a case study. A 3D nonlinear finite element software is employed for excavation simulation, adopting coupled pore fluid diffusion stress analysis. The numerical model verified by comparing field monitoring data with results. study systematically analyzes influence reinforcement position, parameters, depth on maximum lateral displacement diaphragm wall pit. research results reveal that reinforcing soil both sides can effectively reduce Furthermore, shows external to certain extent, but effect limited. inner side improves increase depth.
